247 Healthcare Staffing was founded by Sophie Benzineb as a result of her 15-year experience as an entrepreneur. Her prior staffing experience and passion for the staffing industry pushed her to build her own business in healthcare staffing.
The mission of 247 Healthcare Staffing is to bring agile, reliable, and solution-driven services to enable healthcare providers to find top-talent and successfully fill pressing positions. The main goal is to create a recruiting process that differs from the standard. We need to provide our clients with a flexible, custom-tailored experience, where we empower our clients to be part of the process. By doing this, we ensure we positively impact our clients’ business and their employees’ work experience.

Sruthi Grace is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at 247 Healthcare Staffing. She has over 10 years of diverse recruiting experience in healthcare environments.
Sruthi develops recruiting strategies, sources and screens candidates, and has filled hundreds of open positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels.
She has earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, with a Dual Masters Degree in Hospital Administration and Human Resources.
