We are seeking a Business Broker to join our team. Our division offers a comprehensive range of services to assist business owners with their accounting, business development, tax, real estate, and business succession planning needs.

- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers
- Locate, screen, propose, and close potential business brokerage deals
- Evaluate businesses for sale, including analyzing financial statements and performing due diligence
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the business community
- Negotiate and facilitate the purchase and sale of businesses
- Assist clients with business valuation and pricing strategies
- Prepare and present marketing materials and business profiles
- Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business brokerage or related field.
- Commercial Real Estate experience is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) or Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) preferred
- Experience with business valuation methods and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
